In 2022, BM introduced HUBS, defined as two or more theme camps sharing resources, such as bike trailers, power, or transportation.
Playa Bike Repair
The bikes and bike-trailer are provided by Playa Bike Repair (PBR).
PBR specializes in group rentals and bike transport.
Rental Process
• Rent your bike(s) via this portal.
• PBR will load the bikes onto a trailer in Reno.
• Your group (Camp, Hub, or Village) will transport the trailer to BRC.
• Pick up and return your bike at the trailer, near your camp.

The price to rent a bike for the entire event:

Questions
What is the $100 refundable deposit?
The refundable deposit is $100 per bike. It is automatically added during checkout. Return the bike and we'll refund your $100.
When is the deposit returned?
Individuals returning in Reno receive their refunds immediately. Group (trailer) refunds take 2-4 weeks.
Are locks included?
A lock is automatically added to every order. It's yours to keep, or donate back to us.
What if the bike is stolen?
Locked bikes are rarely stolen. If yours is, you owe us the rental fee and forfeit your deposit.
What kinds of bikes do you rent?
Comfortable, upright, easy-to-ride 3-speeds.
What sizes do you have?
One size, with an adjustable seat, for riders from 5' - 6'2" (150 to 188 cm).
Do you have baskets?
All our bikes have a front basket.
Are lights included?
Our bikes have a front light, but it only works at speed. We recommend you bring your own lights (front and rear).
